Shipping policy

1. Warehouse & Order Processing

We maintain overseas local inventory for fast delivery. If the product runs out of stock in overseas warehouse, sea shipment replenishment will be arranged, which takes 15–30 days to arrive at overseas warehouse for secondary delivery.

All in-stock orders are shipped by air express directly from our factory warehouse in Guangming District, Shenzhen, Chinese mainland.

Order processing time: Parcels will be packed and handed over to logistics carriers within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We do not dispatch orders on Chinese weekends and official public holidays.

2. Global Estimated Transit Time

Air express delivery timeline after factory dispatch:
  • United States & Canada: 3–5 business days
  • United Kingdom & EU Countries: 4–6 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand & other global regions: 5–7 business daysSea replenishment lead time for out-of-stock items: 15–30 calendar days in total before local delivery.
  • All transit times are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may be caused by customs inspection, local logistics suspension, natural disasters or other force majeure events.

3. Shipping Cost

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to all countries worldwide, no minimum order amount required. No hidden delivery fees will be charged at checkout.

4. Customs & Import Tax Liability

All import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees generated in your destination country shall be borne solely by the buyer. We will declare product value truthfully in accordance with international trade regulations and cannot adjust declared value to avoid taxes upon customer request.

5. Tracking Notification

A tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email after dispatch. You may track logistics status online or contact our WhatsApp support for tracking assistance during working hours.

6. Undeliverable Returned Parcels

If parcels are returned to China warehouse due to invalid shipping address, unreachable phone number, recipient refusal or unpaid import tax, original shipping cost and round-trip return freight will be deducted from your refund amount if you apply for a refund.
