Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility Window

We provide a 30-day free return window counting from the day you receive your parcel. You may return items for any personal reason within 30 days.
For EU & UK customers, this policy complies with the statutory 14-day cooling-off period required by local consumer protection laws.

2. Return Item Standards

To qualify for return:
  1. Goods must be unused, intact, complete with original outer box, user manual and all matching accessories.
  2. No artificial damage, water immersion, self-disassembly, scratch or impact damage caused by improper operation.

    Non-refundable categories: customized products, clearance final sale items, disposable consumable accessories.

3. Complete Return Process

  1. Submit return request via WhatsApp (+86 17817899720) or service email support@powesllc.com within 30 days after receipt, provide order number and clear product photos/videos. Please contact us during working hours (PT Mon-Fri 09:00–18:00).
  2. Our customer service team reviews your application within 24 working hours and sends the China factory return address.
  3. Send goods back to our Shenzhen warehouse via trackable logistics.
  4. Full or partial refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after warehouse inspection, funds will be returned to your original payment channel.

4. Return Shipping Fee Rules

  1. Return caused by factory defect, wrong item delivery, damaged goods on arrival (our liability): We fully cover all return shipping costs.
  2. 30-day no-reason return due to personal preference: Buyer shall bear all return shipping fees.

5. Damaged Goods Upon Receipt

Please take complete photos of outer package and defective products within 48 hours after receiving the parcel and contact us during working hours. We offer two solutions for your choice: free re-delivery of new goods or full refund.
