How SEVVS Came To Life
We thought making great drinks at home could be simple.
Turns out, it wasn't.
It Started With a Simple Question
We always believed there was more room to reimagine the way we enjoy drinks at home.
Coffee machines have already transformed everyday routines.
Press a button, and a fresh cup of coffee is ready in minutes.
But when it comes to enjoying fresh beer, cider, sparkling drinks, or creating something truly your own, things are still complicated.
You need:
Special equipment.
A lot of knowledge.
Too many steps.
And sometimes...
a kitchen that looks more like a small laboratory.
So we started asking:
Why can't creating your favorite drinks at home be simpler?
That question became the beginning of SEVVS.
From an Idea to a Real Product
In 2024, we started building SEVVS.
At the beginning, we thought:
Creating a smart home beverage system shouldn't be that difficult.
A machine.
A few buttons.
A great drink.
Simple, right?
So we started designing.
Then Reality Started Asking Questions.
The first design looked promising.
But soon, we realized there were much bigger questions to solve.
How should temperature be controlled to create consistently great drinks?
How could multiple beverage experiences work together in one system?
How do you design a pressurized product that is both powerful and safe?
How do you fit all the components into a product people actually want to keep on their kitchen counter?
And how do you create software that makes the experience simpler, not more complicated?
So we started over.
Then started over again.
And yes...
we started over one more time.
(We made a lot of changes.)
Our design folder collected plenty of versions:
Final.
Final V2.
Final V15.
Final_V28_Really_Final.
Looking back, the only thing that never changed...
was the word “Final.”
We Almost Built Something Completely Different
During development, we explored many possibilities.
Some ideas sounded amazing on paper.
Sometimes we asked:
“What if it could do even more?”
At one point, we were seriously considering adding even more functions.
Let’s just say...
SEVVS almost became a machine that was trying to do a little too much.
Eventually, we realized:
A great product doesn’t need to do everything.
It just needs to do the important things really well.
Every Redesign Had One Purpose
Over two years of development, we redesigned:
The exterior.
The structure.
The functions.
The entire user experience.
Every change came back to one simple question:
For someone making their first drink at home, does this feel easy?
From Prototype to Real Life
We tested many different versions.
Some prototypes were powerful.
But they felt more like professional equipment than something you’d actually use at home.
Some designs looked great.
But the experience didn’t feel natural enough.
Some ideas looked perfect on a computer screen.
Until we built them.
Then they quietly moved into a folder called:
“Maybe someday.”
(That folder is getting pretty full.)
Eventually, we found the direction for SEVVS Trio.
We didn’t want to create another complicated professional machine.
We wanted to create a home beverage system designed for everyday life.
Technology Should Stay Behind the Experience
SEVVS Trio is not about turning everyone into a professional brewer.
You don’t need:
Complex knowledge.
A deep understanding of technical settings.
A dedicated space at home.
You simply:
Choose your favorite recipe.
Add your ingredients.
And let SEVVS Trio handle the rest.
That’s what smart technology should do.
Two Years Later, We’re Ready to Share It.
From the first idea,
to the SEVVS Trio you see today,
the journey included:
Hundreds of sketches.
Countless adjustments.
Endless testing.
But we believe great products are not created perfectly the first time.
They are shaped through every improvement along the way.
More Than Just a Machine
We hope to create more than just another appliance.
We want to create a new way to enjoy drinks at home.
A drink shared with friends.
A relaxing weekend moment.
Or simply a little time for yourself.
Because great drinks shouldn’t only belong in bars or professional spaces.
They can happen right at home.
SEVVS - Savor Every Vibrant Moment
One system. Endless drink possibilities.
Made for everyday moments.
